Language Door - Summer Camp 2011
Language Door San Diego is opening a Language Summer Camp for Kids with Spanish, French, Farsi, Italian, Vietnamese, German, Korean, English, Japanese, Russian,
Hindi and Chinese. Our goal is to provide a fun and educational experience to children in their attempt to acquire new skills for the future.
Premium Camps
Min 4 - Max 8 students
Sixteen, 2.5- hr classes (40hrs), 8 weeks, 2 day /week
Standard Camps
Min 4 - Max 8 students
Eight, 2.5-hr classes (20hrs), 8 weeks, 1 day/week or 4 weeks, 2 days/week
The Summer Camp Programs run July 5 - August 26, 2011.
The success for teaching a language to kids is to make it a fun experience. We try to combine as many different activities as possible so that nobody gets bored. Any new vocabulary is reinforced through songs, drawings, movements (when possible) and story-telling. We engage our students in all the activities with a full immersion in the target language. Using our approach, kids learn the language quickly through interaction in small-group classes.
Class size is between minimum 4 and maximum 8 students per group allowing full participation by all students. We divide our students into 3 age groups: 3-5 years old, 5-8 years old and 7-11 years old.
Our team of instructors combines rich educational and linguistic backgrounds and interests. All instructors are native speakers. They are carefully selected for communicative skills, talent and enthusiasm to share their language.
Class covers
introductions, counting, alphabet, time, emotions, weather, months, seasons, days of the week,
clothing, body parts, colors, activities, culture and grammar.

We currently offer the opportunity to learn many different languages in our kids program at our Language Door School in San Diego. Our comfortable, casual environment helps to make learning the language of your choice fun and convenient. We schedule our classes at times that work for busy families.
